Spacious Coastal Retreat

Our home is located in a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac within walking distance to the beach. This property can accommodate several families or quieter groups wanting a relaxed coastal break together under the same roof... We are just a short walk to patrolled beaches and boat ramps. It's a 6 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride to town. There are walking and bike paths and we are surrounded by nature, river and ocean. Our modern, open plan property has five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has ducted air conditioning and heating throughout the two levels, as well as a slow combustion indoor fireplace for those cosy winter nights. There is an outdoor kitchen, spa and entertaining area. With a large, fenced backyard, it's ideal for the kids to run around and play... The modern kitchen has everything you would use in your everyday living... and when you open the six slider doors, this whole area opens up for that indoor, turns outdoor feel! Guests have access to the whole property except for the garage and locked wardrobe. We have chickens which you are welcome to feed and collect the eggs for your use, or we can arrange for them to be looked after. Your well behaved outdoor pets are welcome to join you on holiday. We will be in the area and will be available to help out if needed. Our neighborhood is friendly with a mixture of locals and other holiday houses and townhouses... So, it has a great vibrant feel all year round. We are surrounded by ocean, river and national park bushland, with great pathways to explore these areas by foot or pushbike... there is also an allocated 24/7 off leash beach just around the corner to let your fur friends run free! There is no public transport in Moruya apart from Taxi and courtesy buses to and from clubs and pubs. There is a bus that runs from Moruya to Batemans Bay daily. Parking is available for maximum four vehicles on site. Please don't park on the neighbors lawn! Street parking is available across the road, as long it's not blocking any driveways... Thank you.
