Longone al Segrino is a quiet village close to the little lakes of Segrino and Pusiano at a very short distance from Como Lake. Perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine under the portico admiring the gorgeous view. It is not suitable for noisy parties. A beautiful home, simple, easy to live in, with a nice garden, a spacious outdoor open space with barbeque, swimming pool and a gorgeous view over the mountains. The villa is in a residential and quite area, ideal place for relaxing vacations! The entire villa, garden and swimming pool are at your exclusive disposal. We are just a phone call away, available to send anyone up to help if required. We offer a variety of accessories, such as heating the pool, pick up, drop off from Linate or Malpensa for a small number of people. All for an extra fee. The house is in a residential and quiet area, with other villas around, it's a perfect place for relaxing and not for parties; we ask our guests respect for the place, the neighbors and the rules of the house. Segrino lake is 20 min walk, one of the cleanest lake in Europe, it's a perfect place for swimming, running, cycling and fishing. Pusiano Lake is a short drive away, it offers pedalos, fishing, canoeing, some lovely restaurants and the best sunsets of the area! Como, Bellagio and Lecco are all within 40 minutes drive. We are in the middle of a gorgeous trekking area and handsome mountains, perfect for hiking throughout the year! Skiing areas in short distances. You will need a car to go around. The train station in Erba will take you to Milan in an hour. The house has a beautiful kitchen overlooking the patio and the swimming pool, a nice table inside the kitchen and another one in the patio together with a big sofa and the barbecue area. In the Villa there is an apartment with 2 of the 7 rooms, a bathroom and another kitchen with a french window onto the garden. A big inside open space is perfect for winter parties. Outdoor swimming pool can be heated on request with an extra fee of €300 payable on site, the request has to be done in advance.
