Charming tropical beachfront villa

Villa Mangga is spacious 6-bedroom beach front villa on a beautiful tropical garden plot of 4000 m2. We have our own permanent staff at your service. Our friendly lady is happy to prepare tasty meals for you, cleans and does your laundry and ironing. The rent is for the whole villa and garden; there wont be any other guests on the premises. The villa is spacious, light and tastefully decorated. Everything is at ground floor level (170 m2) and includes a large living room, kitchen and three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning. There are 2 double beds and 2 twin beds, all have large four-poster mosquito nets. The two bathrooms are connected to the bedrooms, which are equipped with toilet, sink and shower. One of the bathrooms has a unique 'outdoor shower', meaning that the bathroom has partially open roofs and where you can enjoy the open air while having a shower. Due to very high walls you will still have 100% privacy. In the hall you'll find a third toilet. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2012 and contains all the necessary appliances such as microwave, large fridge / freezers, blenders, mixer, water dispenser, water boiler, rice cooker, Phillips coffee maker and of course, ample cutlery, plates, pans, cups etc. Outside is a large terrace which extends to the pool. There are 2 large patio roofs where you can sit: -At the front overlooking the sea, with dining table and lounge. -At the side next to the kitchen, with a table. Here you can see many beautiful tropical plants, palms and birds. The villa has fantastic panoramic sea views. The beachfront is a whopping 50 meter wide and the comfortable lovely gazebo offers a great place to enjoy the sunset. The pool is 8x12 m and between 1.20 - 2.5 meters deep. There's a separate refreshing shower in the garden where you can get rid of sand, sea, salt or chlorine. The huge garden is spacious with tropical vegetation and is very well maintained daily by the gardener. In autumn you can even eat mangos from our mango trees. A night watchman is present after sunset, however the whole area has always been very safe and locals are very friendly. The villa is privately owned and when you rent it you can use the whole villa and it's large garden. Unused prepared beds should however not be used. Our nice housekeeper will be your daily contact. She can arrange almost everything for you. She lives in the nearby village and is in the villa from 8 am to 4 pm. There is also a 'help desk' , a contact person for any other questions and can also help in case of more complicated issues. Of course you can always email me for other questions. After booking you will receive a bookingletter with further information Kalianget is a small seaside village with friendly smiling people. The area is quiet, rural and authentic. At the back of the villa there are rice fields, vineyards and mountains further away. At sea there are sometimes small fishings boats. Next to the villa there are three other villas. They are sparsely occupied and due to the large plots and tropical vegetation, you will have plenty of privacy in our villa. There's no mass tourism and the beach is quiet, with sometimes local children playing. The villa is secluded, approx. 1.5 km from the main road, 4 km from Seririt and 8 km from Lovina. Own transport such as a scooter, bike or car is recommended, rental can be arranged by our helpdesk or housekeeper. They can also arrange driving trips with our regular friendly driver, the taxi fee is reasonable. A transfer from the airport or other location on Bali can be requested up to 3 weeks prior to arrival. The fee is 600.000 IDR (around 45 euro) to be paid to the driver for the 3 hour scenic drive through beautiful Bali. The costs for groceries for meals are not included in the rent, but our housekeeper can buy everything and she enjoys preparing breakfast and Indonesian lunch or dinner. She is an excellent cook what is recalled by many guests. The service is include but you need to pay the groceries for all meals and drinks, plus a small fee for gasoline.
