Close to multiple area attractions; including Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos, vineyards, Mystic Seaport and Aquarium, Rhode Island beaches, Putnam antiques, Hartford and Providence. The house is located on fifteen acres of the original 580 working acres of the farm. There is an open backyard with areas to relax. There is early morning traffic. If you are not an early riser, ear plugs may be preferred. Socks or slippers are recommended due to original wide pine hardwood floors. Guests are welcome to use all areas of the home except those marked owner entry only. Hostess is available via email or text. There is an on site property manager to welcome you and address any immediate needs. The Prudence Crandall Museum is close. The house is located on scenic Route 169 with many vineyards and quaint coffee shops. The Brooklyn and Woodstock Fairs are just up the street, when in season. There is no public transportation, so a car is necessary.
