We use Egyptian cotton bedding and the bed is furnished with high-quality duvet, pillows and mattress. The bathroom has bath, shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail complete with soft fluffy towels. The family room is decorated in a modern contemporary style and the L-shaped sofa bed faces the 55" smart tv and has views of Winckley Square Park. There is a well-equipped kitchen with microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and table and chairs for dining. SECURITY This property has a Ring doorbell which will be on and recording at all times, this is a security measure for the host. If this device is tampered with it will be investigated. If the camera records anything that is against the house rules the guest will be asked to leave immediately, their stay cancelled and no refund given. The apartment is situated within the city centre, the train station is a 5 minute walk, the bus station is a 15 minute walk and the city centre is a 2 minute walk away. The apartment has a small high street supermarket selling a wide variety of food and drink within a 2 minute walk and has take-away restaurants, formal restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. Preston has a fantastic Museum, is a vibrant city centre with an emerging cafe culture and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance from the apartment. The Marina is only a short drive away and has a cinema, restaurants and is a pleasant place for a walk in the evening. On our door step is the beautiful and picturesque Lytham or the hustle and bustle of Blackpool with all that a typical British seaside resort offers. Within 45 minutes you could be in the middle of the Lake District on the shore of Lake Windermere, or be in the centre of Manchester watching a show or shopping in the city centre or at the Trafford centre.
