The house has a very peaceful neighborhood, with external spaces and an olive grove in front. It is ideal for people who look for tranquillity but at the same time don't disdain the nightlife in the villages in the nearby. It is also a good start point to visit the best beaches and the wonderful cultural sites of Western Sicily. Getting around by car is the better solution. The nearest beach is 1 Km far, then we can find other beautiful beaches in: Trappeto (3/4 m), Balestrate (8/9 km),Terrasini (12 Km), Castellammare (24 Km), Scopello (32 Km), Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro (35 Km) San Vito Lo Capo (70 Km). Falcone Borsellino airport is 27 Km far and the city of Palermo 45 Km.
