Offering stunning river views, this property included exclusive use of a motorised tinny, kayaks, fishing rods and stand up paddle boards (SUP's) to explore the river. A very unique holiday experience for couples, friends or family, Berowra Waters Cottage is located close to restaurants and cafes. The Berowra Waters Cottage offers huge slide open windows giving you the feeling of living on a boat but without the inconvenience of 'rocking' around! Wonderful views, beautiful sun, stunning sunrises and sunsets, perfect for watching the moon rise above the hills. A dedicated outdoor area complete with BBQ offers excellent al fresco dining and the pontoon allows you to swim and fish directly out the front of the property. The entire house is for you to use. Being a water access only community, Berowra Waters is like a small country town. Everyone knows everyone, all very friendly and supportive. The boat access is unique and adds an element of excitement to people holidaying in the area. No boat licence required, the motorised tinnies are easy to use. The local marina offers basic items including bread, milk, snacks and icecream. There is also a bottle shop with a good range of wine, beer and spirits. Plus a number of dining options to suit all budgets. Unrestricted parking is available at the boat pick up location. Once you are taken to the property you are shown how to use a motorised tinny (no boat licence required) which you have unlimited use of during your stay to explore the river and visit the dining options and marina. There are also kayaks and a SUP for you to use. Water access only property means you will be taken to your property by boat (only a few minutes from where you park your car) and have use of a motorised tinny to get around. No licence required and you are shown how to use the boat.
