A bright sunny spacious apartment in a delightful central location. You'll love it! Ideal for friends or a fun family getaway. The flat is fantastically located 15 mins walk from the Beach as well as the City centre with its buzz, boutique shops and lively social scene. This friendly residential 7 dials area is quiet and safe yet close to all the action. A fabulous breakfast cafe, eateries and a shop are very close by. The beautiful St Ann's Well park & playground is only 2 minutes walk away. There's a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a table and a sofa. This room is a great place to hang out whilst cooking, eating or relaxing. Keep yourself entertained with the TV. There's a washing machine, fridge/freezer, hob and oven. From here you can access the pleasant private garden where you can eat and hang out in the summer months using the outdoor furniture. In the winter you can get a roaring fire going in the open fireplace in the additional living room, which also boasts a large sofa and rocking chair. This space also works as a second bedroom as it boasts a full size double bed with extra comfortable pocket sprung mattress, which disappears into a bespoke wall unit in a moment. The other bedroom has a luxurious super comfy king sized bed and a wardrobe with full length mirror and shelves. If required this bed can also be turned into two smaller singles. A carry cot with bedding can be put up in either bedroom, both of which have black out curtains/blinds. The bathroom has a shower over a bath and heated towel rail and shaver point. There are toys and games for folk of all ages to enjoy in the flat so please make use of these during your stay. There is a ‘Dutch airer’ which will get your clothes dry in no time if you use the washing machine. There is plenty of storage. Please note that this is a quiet friendly residential area so please be a good neighbour and we ask that you can keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm. There is on street parking available at £4.70 for up to 4 hours at a time (restrictions apply 9am-8pm). If you are willing to park the car a ten minute walk away, you can park all day for £6.50 per day. This flat is in the fashionable and smart seven dials area and offers it all in terms of location! Brighton station, the Beach, as well as the city centre are a convenient 15 minute walk away. It is also a quiet safe residential area, with no late night noise. The best advantage is a wonderful breakfast and brunch cafe just around the corner. Close to the trendy 7 dials, with its boutique coffee houses, world cuisine restaurants and delicious Hellenic bakery to explore, this flat is situated between two large open spaces. The charming St Anne’s Well Gardens is a historical and beautiful park only 2 mins walk away, which has a café, large children’s play area and places to play football, as well as a scented garden. A great place to hang out in the summer, and there are also outdoor shows and events in the park regularly during May (the Brighton Festival) and throughout the summer. To the North less than 5 minutes’ walk are BHASVIC playing fiends and Dyke road park beyond, open to all to play football and just hang out…The flat is very near the Montefiore Hospital, so ideal if you want to stay to be near friends or family at the Hospital. In the city centre, only 15 minutes' walk away are boutique independent shops as well as mainstream shops. On street parking is available by the hour up to 4 hours at a time (restrictions apply 9am to 8pm Monday to Saturday only). On street parking is available at £1.20 per hour or at £4.70 for up to 4 hours at a time.
