Long Beach Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is situated on 2and half acres. A 2 bedroom cozy guesthouse with modern styling. We are a 800m walk to a calm sandy long beach. It’s Just 6km south to Batemans Bay town centre or 5 min North to Marramarang National Park providing many secluded picturesque beaches and bush walking tracks for all levels. A 2 bedroom cozy guesthouse consisting of a private toilet/bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a oven, full size fridge, microwave, tea and coffee, coffee machine (Aldi pods), dinning table, lounge area with a sofa couch/bed, Wi-Fi, TV, XBox incl games and DVD’s and Netflix. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The backyard is out of bounds, however you are welcome to sit outside your back door on the outdoor black sofa lounge with coffee table, please keep in mind that the back deck area is a shared area. The kids are more than welcome to play in the front yard area. Please keep in mind that we do live on the property in close proximity to the guesthouse. Large parking area, plenty of space for a boat or jetski. The property is surrounded with fencing. Your privacy is very important to us and we always try and do our very best to make your experience as peaceful as possible and stay out of your way as much as we can. Our family of 4 .......Catherine, Jacob, and kids Lillyarna and Levi live on the property in very close proximity to the guest house. We are more than happy at any time to answer questions or give some local knowledge during your stay, just call or text as sometimes we are not be home. Your privacy is important to us. Picturesque Long Beach is 6km north of Batemans Bay. A quiet, sleepy, beach just minutes from the town centre, with plentiful beaches surrounding the area. Whether it's fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, bike riding or surfing......we have it all. Bush walks are of abundance providing many sightings of nature and wildlife. A perfect weekender for couples, families or singles wanting to escape life's hustle and bustle. We can provide you with some local fishing spots or cost free day trip. Having your own car is a must however we do have a bus stop across the road from our driveway that will take you to town. Taxis and local club courtesy transport also service the area. Sober Bob is a service where you can be picked up and have your car driven home for a price similar to a taxi- always have a plan B. Details of all these services will be provided in the guidebook located in your Guesthouse. We suggest bringing your own beach towels, suncream, fishing gear, diving gear and surf boards to enjoy all that is on offer in our area. Please note that there is a very friendly Labrador that live on our property. If you are not comfortable with animals, Please tell us before your booking.
