I offer a whole house for rent for craftsmen as well as families or other groups. You will have everything you need in an accommodation; in addition, a large garden with pool, barbecue and a small pond and play facilities for kids. Long term renters welcome (feel free to ask)! The house is located 5km away from the Autobahn7 and city center of Neumünster, also only a few hundred meters from the McArthur Glenn Designer Outlet. The accommodation is a two-storey house with 5 rooms, four of those contain single beds and one a small double bed. Smoking is only allowed outside/in the garden! GROUND FLOOR: - Single room (incl. desk) - double room (1,40x2,00m bed) - fully equipped kitchen - dining and living area with TV - two bathrooms (one with washing machine, which can be used by arrangement) FIRST FLOOR: three double rooms (two single beds, can be put together) - one double room has a small anteroom with pull-out sofa and TV - one double room has a corner sofa and a TV - one double room has a large wardrobe and small dressing/work table Each room has at least on drawer/closet/wardrobe for storing clothes. All guests have unlimited access to the garden and can use it - attention should be paid to the pond! Access at your own risk, we are not liable for any damage! The garden is completely fenced/with hedge. The property is located with two sides on the road (a highway (60km/h speed limit), an access road to the disposal yard Neumünster). Due to the proximity to the disposal yard, there may be some sporadically occurring unpleasant odors in summer, but so far it has not been disturbing at all. You should keep the windows and doors closed as much as possible to avoid flies getting into the house. The use of the pool is AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please shower off before you go into the pool, otherwise you will soon no longer enjoy it due to the pollution that occurs when entering unwashed. :) The workshops/garages ARE NOT TO BE ENTERED.
