Spacious & Modern 3-Bed Caravan with lake views

Lovely caravan overlooking the fishing lakes, close to beautiful woodland on a lovely holiday park with indoor pool, bar, restaurant, pottery studio & entertainment. Lovely woodland site with fishing lake. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms (A sofa bed for extra guests is available in the lounge. NB. Bedding is NOT provided for the sofa bed.) Small outside deck with 2 seats and partial views over the lake The site has a beautiful indoor pool, 2 outdoor play areas, restaurant/bar with entertainment for children & adults. A fishing lake and access to woodland. A relaxing place, with everything you need. The sleeping accommodation comprises a double bedroom with en-suite WC, two comfy twin rooms, main bathroom with toilet & large shower. To make your self catering stay as relaxing as possible we provide the essentials (unlike most caravan rentals) Soap, washing up liquid, cloths & your first roll of toilet paper & kitchen roll. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, plus complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. Your beds will be made up for your arrival with quality linen Towels, including tea towels will also be provided. Comfy living room & dining space with TV & DVD. Wi-Fi is included, fast download speed, and unlimited access. Water, Gas & Electric is included in the price and the caravan has central heating and it is double glazed. All of the caravan. The main clubhouse building with indoor pool, arcade & bar/restaurant. Entertainment with a mixture of kids clubs, movie nights, cabaret & live shows is every weekend and every weekday in holidays. Pottery and craft studio onsite. Pool is usually closed in November till February, and the bar/restaurant is likely to be only open at weekends in the winter. I will be available to be contacted during your stay if you need anything. In addition if you let me know in advance, travel cots & high chairs can be rented. On a private caravan site, with its own beautiful fishing lake, and surrounded by woodland. Its perfect for walking and exploring. Its also less than 4 miles from the seafront & Hastings town, with its historical landmarks. We are out in the beautiful countryside, so a car is ideal, as the nearest bus stop & Three Oaks Train station are both 1.5miles away and there are no footpaths It's 8 berth caravan, but is more comfortable for 6 as the sofa bed in the living room is small and not the most comfortable. A baby can be accommodated as an extra in a travel cot. You can bring your own or rent from me. As its self check in If you arrive after 6pm, its likely you will need to leave your car by the barrier and have a 5 minute walk to the caravan, to retrieve the key from the lock box, with a key fob to open the barrier to allow access for your car. However if i am available i will meet you, and if another car pulls through, you can follow as the barrier opens.
