Private, secure parking on the ground level with a 6 car garage, will ensure your safety and privacy (for those who prefer not to be noticed). Access to the property is discreet and confidential at all times. There is also remote gate access from the driveway, leading up to the ENORMOUS glass front door, accessible for visiting guests or work colleagues. On this ground level you are also spoilt to a fully fitted gymnasium, with TV, a commercial grade steam room and a lift for easy access to the first floor and second floor. If exercising is important to you, you’ll find you’re well equipped here. On the first floor you will find the formal entry, with access for colleagues directly to the home office - keeping work separated from family if need be. You’ll also welcome the three queen size deluxe bedrooms all with private ensuites, luxury towelling and bed linen, Ideology Organic body care products, a laundry room, a beautiful sitting room and games room, complete with full kitchenette, pool table and the show stopper... a glass walled swimming pool and separate mosaic tiled spa bath with breathtaking views over the ocean. This needs to be seen to be believed. This level is all about relaxation, fun, getting wet and enjoying yourself. For those of you travelling and requiring access to “work”, the private home office is fit for any CEO - with all required technologies for you to “seal that deal” whilst viewing the ocean through a 4m long live aquarium with coral and fish, built in to the office wall. It’s breathtaking and it’s a winning talking point! On this level you will also find a built in bbq and dining suite for leisurely meals, swimming and entertaining, on the outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean. There is a stair case which leads from here to the balcony of the second floor above, or of course, take the lift or internal stairs to access the next level of the property. Level 2 commands undeniable attention. The master suite is enormous, grand in scale in every way. A sumptuous king sized bed, complete with massage technology and the added benefit of electronically personalising your sleeping position (yep, for real), views of the ocean, a bathroom to die for complete with rain water shower head, bath tub and a wardrobe that could house the entire contents of a designer fashion boutique. You won’t know what to do with yourself... or will you? Again, luxurious linen, towelling and complimentary bathroom necessities abound. The main kitchen, fit for a Michelin star awarded chef, overlooks the lounge area, a separate formal dining space and a secondary lounging area. This is the hub of the home, fitted with high tech appliances, technology and 180 degree ocean front views. Day or night, whichever balcony or window you choose to view from, what you see is to be believed. This is a NON SMOKING Property If any guest is found to have smoked INSIDE the home, a $600 extra cleaning fee will be deducted from your security bond and you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The only area designated for smoking is the courtyard which is accessible from the side gate or laundry door. Please dispose of cigarette butts thoughtfully. By confirming your booking you accept this condition. Any guest found to have exceeded the number of people stipulated as staying in the original booking, will be charged $100 per head per day, from their bond. THIS IS A NON PARTY RESIDENCE. THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PEOPLE PERMITTED IN THE PROPERTY IS 8, and your property host must be informed of the maximum numbers at all times. Extra guests invited to the premises will be asked to leave.
