Hi, I'm Suma! As the photos reveal, we own a very spacious and lovely home. My husband, mother and I utilise about 30% of the home so we wanted to give you the opportunity to make the most of the unused space! We are of Sri Lankan decent but we welcome families, couples or singles from all backgrounds, as long as you promise to take the utmost care of our home :) Beautiful city views, more spaces luxury feeling 2 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 lounge area Very quiet area, good serounding neighbours. Located behind RMIT university Airport with in 15 to 20 mins drrive, bus stop next to the home, tram station 10 mins walk, and train 10 mins drrive from home. Also shipping center 10 mins walk from home. Gym few around the house. RMIT UNI 2 mins WALKING DISTANCE Guests will have their separate bathrooms.
