Beautiful Southern Louisiana home built in the 1870's, updated with modern touches. Each room has queen beds. The guest house is located behind the main house. Both are nestled on Main Street in Downtown New Iberia, across from the Shadows on the Teche, walking distance to the Teche Museum, restaurants, bars and grills and modern and antique local shopping. The guest suites are keyless entry using a keypad and August locks. Call for information if you chose to rent the main house. Located directly on the city's parade route and a ten minute drive to Avery Island, the Tabasco factory and Rip Van Winkle's Jungle Gardens. It is also the perfect location to immerse yourself in the Cajun art, dining and dance festivals of New Iberia. There are 6 Private Rooms on the property each with a private bath. Each Suite is appointed with a Modern Queen Bed with luxurious linens, hanging rack for clothes, air conditioned and a Claw Foot Tub/Shower Welcome Gift bags with local samples will be available for you at check in. Due to COVID concerns, We do not serve breakfast in the main house. We give a gift certificate to Victor's cafeteria located in walking distance. The address is 109 W. main St. New Iberia. August Locks are used on the Suite doors. Up on booking a code will be emailed for access to your suite upon arrival. We are located in the historic downtown New Iberia. Maison Le Rosier is located across the street from the Shadows on the Teche. The street and our yard is adorned with beautiful moss on the trees. A beautiful spot for photos. New Iberia does not have public transportation except for Uber. Parking for Maison Le Rosier is at 305 Charles St. You may also park in the lot next to the main house. Guest rooms are in the Two story building behind the main house.
