Warm and cosy caravan, on our secluded family farm

A large mobile home situated on our secluded family farm. Close to motorway links to travel to surrounding areas. Blackpool, Ribble Valley, Lake District, Manchester, Liverpool. All within 30/40 minutes drive. Come and go as you please, or stay local and enjoy the beauty and peace of farm life. Lovely local walks and tourist spots, and a cosy country pub within walking distance. The caravan has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a single bedroom. There is a large wet room with an electric shower, toilet and sink. The living space comprises of a well equipped kitchen diner and a living room where the sofa bed is. It is double glazed throughout and has central heating. Once the heating is on, the caravan warms quickly and is really cosy on even the coldest of days. The views are beautiful, looking out across the farm land. The mobile home is close to the farmhouse and a neighbouring caravan. The caravans share an adjoining porch (handy to store shoes and wellies) but that is the only shared space. Plenty of parking space and a large private garden. I will always try to greet guests on arrival. Always available on my phone for any queries. Set on a secluded farm in Samlesbury, you feel like you are miles away from anywhere, yet only a five minute drive to Junction 31 of the M6. Preston town centre is only 5 miles away and easily accessible by car. There are lots of public footpaths through the surrounding farmland and two pubs within walking distance. The caravan is near to the family farm house, and other family homes. You may occasionally see the children in the yard, but your garden area is secluded and private. There are some beautiful local places to visit such as Samlesbury Hall and HoghtonTower, where often farmers markets and other events take place. There is plenty of space for parking, right next to the caravan. Please bring your own bedding and towels. Duvets and pillows are provided. Please note, there is no wifi.
