Unity Farmhouse ~ 4 br antique home. 420 friendly

Unity Farmhouse is a big beautiful home right on Main Street, with 8 large rooms, two porches & a barn/garage on 1.5+ acres right near the center of the quaint town of Unity. Quick walk to Field of Dreams Park and Unity Pond. Unity is a great place to hike, bike, paddle, swim, skate, sled, & stargaze. Located on Maine's rural highway, Route 202, halfway between Augusta & Bangor. Unity Farmhouse is cannabis-friendly :) You'll feel at home in this spacious old farmhouse. The interior is nicely finished, with ongoing improvements. Having porches on both sides gives you a choice to enjoy the sunny south side, or back where it's more private overlooking the sunny backyard and wildlife pond. The well-equipped kitchen has plenty of room with lots of counter space. The great dining room also has a piano for our musical guests. The warm wood floors in the large living room and bedrooms feels so good on bare feet. Each bedroom has plenty of room for a morning yoga sesh. The farmhouse has fully updated electrical and plumbing and brand new bathrooms. Still working on some areas to paint on the exterior around back but, don't worry, we won't be working while there are guests! Feel free to use the barn/garage if you need to store bicycles, skis, etc. Enjoy the property, the lawn, the wild field and wildlife pond, and the small pine stand out back. In winter, snowmobiles can ride straight up to back porch from the ITS 85. The wildlife pond is shared for ice skating, when frozen. Due to severe allergies animals are not permitted. Guests have access to the entire main house, barn/garage, and grounds. A second floor back apartment is not in use. We want our guests to feel at home while at the farmhouse. We are usually just around the corner and are always available via text or call. Unity Farmhouse is located on Main Street near the center of Unity. It's a quick walk across the street to Unity Pond (Lake Winnecook) or field of Dreams Park. Just around the corner is the depot for the Belfast and Moosehead Lake Railroad. You can see the train roll by from the back porch or take a ride on this historic railway. For a unique experience, zoom down the tracks and through the woods under your own power on Railcycles. Grocery store, gas station, and restaurants within a 1/2 mile. Unity College is 1.5 miles away. Access to the Hills to Sea Trail is just down the road. Plenty of beautiful hiking trails are close by. Access to the ITS (Interconnected Trail System) only a few hundred feet from property.. snowmobilers can ride their sleds right up to the back porch. Just a 30-40 min drive to Augusta, Bangor, Waterville, Belfast, and Camden. 1.5 hours to Acadia National Park. 2 hours to Baxter State Park. Being close to the center of town, Unity Farmhouse is in walking distance to the local restaurants, grocery store, post office, bank, hair salon, coffee shop, thrift store, parks, ball fields, tennis courts, snowmobile and ATV trails, & hiking trails. Unity Farmhouse is a work in progress. The interior is finished, comfortably equipped. Most of the exterior is finished, some parts are still being scraped and painted. Still looks awesome though, and we do not work on it while guests are staying.
