Great Duplex- 5 min from Loro Parque!-

This great and bright duplex (150m2) for up to 4 people is located in Los Realejos district, 5 min away from the famous Loro Parque and also close to El Teide. Here you'll find everything you may need for an extraordinary stay in the city. The duplex is divided into a living room area with sofa and TV, a fully equipped and renovated kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The apartment has fiber optic (100MB) so you can enjoy your favorite series or movies, as you can access your Netflix account from the TV. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guests have full access to the property. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. If you have any doubt, don't hesitate to ask. I'll be glad to help you :) Near the duplex we find everything you need for a great stay, pharmacies, supermarkets and, besides, is right next to the Loro Parque. Within walking distance, we find the magnificent Casa Pedro restaurant, highly recommended and at affordable prices. The closest beach to the apartment is the Socorro beach.
