Charming Primitive Cabin

Charming primitive cabin in the woods, on 35 acres, bordering (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) acres of Maine State Preserve Land. Enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, 4 wheeling, and Nature. There is a brook on the property. Ducktail Pond is approximately a 1 mile hike away. Amenities include outhouse, picnic table, fire pit and gas grill with burner and cooking utensils. A coffee/tea pot, cast iron fry pan, and reflector oven. Cabin sleeps 4, 2 queen-size beds, but there is room for additional tents and even campers. There is no electricity or water on the property. We have gas lights and a wall mounted propane heater. I will provide firewood. Aside from the hiking trails close by, the Union River is a great place to swim or float. The Amherst General store has ice, groceries, gas and a breakfast/lunch counter. The Airline Brewery is a great place to get a bite, a beer, and meet the locals. This is a list of some of the things you’ll want to bring. Bedding- I do not provide bedding.
