(Please note there is no kitchen). • The balcony overlooking the Majella mountains. You can see the sea from the huge private rooftop terrace with patio furniture The full upper condo (divided by a locked door), with private entrance. Basic amenities are available across the street, including a bar/café, bakery, grocery store. Many others are in walking distance. In the summer, there is something going on most evenings in Piazza (150m way). Reading garden, fountains, cute shops are all within 1km. Take a stroll down “lungomare” by the beaches and treat yourself to a gelato! There is plentiful free municipal parking across the street. Free street parking is available, except Friday mornings. There is a bus line that stops at the Fossacesia train station, the marina/beach, piazza and Lanciano for under 2€. For the beach, you can find metered parking at € 0.50/hour. Some beaches are free access to the public. Nearby beach clubs with amenities offer umbrella rental for €20-€30 per day. There are some beautiful and interesting attractions nearby: • 3km or 7min drive to Fossacesia's stunning azzure Adriatic beaches. Many are family friendly. • Walking distance to town amenities and the 'San Giovanni in Venere' Abbey • Area is home of the traditional "Trabocco" (Seafood/fish caught daily on site and prepared at these restaurants on piers!) • 20 minute drive to the city of Lanciano. A very lively city with medieval roots and public event programming almost every day in the summer. • Fossacesia is on highway A14, and is a great hub for day trips to Fara San Martino (the pasta making capital of Italy), Vasto, Pescara, Sulmona, etc...
