UNIT & BEDROOM : Our condo located in 3rd floor SOUTH BUILDING LIPPO CARITA CONDOMINIUM, 18th stair hallway. Unit 9282b. Two bedroom with comfortable layout and spacious for 5-6 person, with blanket and air conditioner. Configuration : Bedroom A : 1 king size bed (2+1) Bedroom B : 1 single bed (1) 1 double bunk bed (2) Mattress You can bring your own sleeping bag/mattress. 02. BATHROOM : A bathroom with washtafel, toilet, shower and water heater. Also a large water bucket for emergency. We do not provide shampoo or others. 03. LIVING ROOM : Living room with sofa for 5 person plus TV 32", and a balcony with coffee table and chairs. There is dinning table available with 6 chairs, kitchen set with silverware, refrigerator, portable mini stove, water dispenser and sink. Worry free to make your own meal, just bring the food and make a great dishes and enjoy the sunset. 04. OTHERS : Our condo has a superb beach view from 3rd floor balcony and free parking, in high season you will difficult to find an empty space, and please note that the parking space is little bit small. It fitted to small to medium MPV's like Toyota innova/avanza/ xenia. Lippo Carita Condominium provide 24hours security staff, so dont worry about your safety. The beach is in front of the condo, only +- 25 meters from condo. You can do many activities like swimming, body board, banana boat, speedboat, and go sailing with local fisherman. 05. LARGE GROUP ? : Want to visit our condo with group over 8 OR 10 person? Please make an advance request to make sure you can enjoy your stay at our condo. NOTE : You are NOT ALLOWED to move and rearrange table, chair or other furniture and any household in the condo. Hope you enjoy your stay, and the beach..! In other case, we have to meet in Jakarta before and after your trip, I will explain many things for you about the room and other informations in Lippo Carita Condominium. Lippo Carita is located in Carita bay. one of premium location in Carita anyer. The beach is clean with small to medium wave, suit for you and your family. But becarefull when tide is high, sometimes came with a big wave. There is another interesting spot beside carita beach, like traditional market, pantai matahari, karang bolong and others. If you want to get some fresh fish just go to pasar Carita or pasar Labuhan. There is local seafood restaurant that you can give a try. Trekking in taman hutan raya (forest park) is another adventure you can find in carita. Or just want to sit and relax at the beach? Yes the sunset is awesome..! Too lazy to cook? just get some nearby food by local in Nyeniel Restaurant, Karya Mandiri seafood resto and retailer or others. Just search on gmaps. But if you want to try the best fish soup at anyer/carita just try Soup Ikan Restaurant, located in front of Marbella resort. Just stop by before you checkin or after checkout. Recommended..! How to get here..?? Please open your maps application on your phone, and search "lippo carita condominium". You can getting around carita-anyer with public transport (angkot) a minivan for daily commute. 15 minutes to Karang Bolong tourist attraction, taman hutan raya and others. NO MEAL SERVICES We dont serving any meal, so you can make your own meal. There is a restaurant near the condo, you can have your meal there, or you can explore other food spot in Carita. CHECK IN and CHECK OUT : CHECK IN AFTER 12.00 CHECK OUT BEFORE 14.00 Flexible check in (10am) and check out (3pm) only applied IF there is no other guest waiting for in/out at the same day you check in or out. * please note this, the doorman will not open the room, if there is no confirmation that is you want to early check in or late check in. GROUP Rules : 1. A group more than 7 person. No ekstra bed for the rest of group, we only provide 1 ekstra foldable mattress. 2. You CAN bring your own mattresses. You NOT ALLOWED to rearrange table, chair or other furniture and any stuff in the condo. Max 9 person in total. 4. Please ask me before booking for guest more than 7 person. IF you didnt, I will decline your booking if no advance request. DEPOSIT FUNDS : There is no deposit fund, so please be sure to take care our furniture and other things in good condition. Good condition term is stand for no broken or missing furniture, electrical, lamp, linen, utensil and other stuff. In case guest broke something, let say lamp or others, i will request money from airbnb system. This is easier, than deposit system from airbnb. I would appreciate if you treated our condo like you take care of your own house. CLEANING FEE : Cost for cleanup and makeup room. (linen laundries, cleaning, etc). OUR DORMAN : Mrs Kusniah. She/he will guide you for everything, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen stuff and electricity such as AC, TV water heater and others. If there is a problem with our condo, please contact us (me or mrs Kusniah). If there is something special or specific you need or buy just ask mrs Kusniah, she will help.
