Double bedroom with own bathroom.

Spacious bedroom ideally suited to single person or couples for shorter stays. The room offers drawers and hanging space on the back of the bedroom door for clothes. The room also benefits from 32 inch TV with freeview. Fibrenest broadband throughout property. Modern, comfortable and clean home. The property has two bathrooms and as I live alone, this allows guests sole use of one. TV with built in DVD and free view situated within bedroom. Kitchen facilities are available for microwave use/small meal prep, as well as for making complimentary tea & coffee. All I ask is consideration is given to fridge space and clearing up. The bedroom is a comfortable size for 1 or 2 people but may not be suitable for 2 people sharing for longer stays. I'm open to answering any questions prior to booking. I have a friendly hypoallergenic puppy in the house who remains downstairs at all times. My property is situated on the Parc Derwen housing estate in Coity. Only a five minute walk to the hospital and around 10 minutes to the McArthur Glen outlet. There are also a couple of nice pubs within walking distance. My house is about a 20 minute walk to the town centre where you will find the bus and train station. Available for questions by phone, text or email. I live in a new build property and there is still house construction going on around me. Please bear this in mind prior to booking. My home is approximately twenty minute walk to the town centre and only couple of minutes to the motorway. Please try and advise of arrival time the day before you are due to arrive.
