Cabin is a block up from "Big Pond" in the heart of the Green Mountains. Great for small or large guest count. Spring/Summer/Fall: Non-motorized watercraft lake access, hiking trails, golf, biking and many fairs & quaint stores to visit nearby. Winter: 30 minutes to Mount Snow, 5 minutes to Prospect Mountain & in the VAST snowmobile trail system. Family-owned for 3 decades with continuous updating. Common kitchen, dining and living room space with 5 bedrooms and pull out couch. Front and back decks are great for enjoying cup of coffee, gathering with friends and family for a meal or relaxing with a book. Small side and front yard perfect for lawn bocce, ladderball or a game of tag with the kids! All rooms on main floor are accessible. A door next to the garage is used for access to cabin initially. We also store bikes, kayaks yard games and a charcoal grill for use by by guests. There is a small laundry room, accessible behind the garage. The garage is not used for parking vehicles. The unfinished portion of the basement is not for use by guests. We appreciate that it may be near the laundry room, but we hope you understand that it is an area for storage and potential renovation.
