Have a day of competitive full court basketball with our two basketball hoops, bounce around on our super safe sky zone certified trampoline. explore our lake, nature and community with our 6+ bikes. You can Host a BBQ DAY 🍖 with our complimentary BBQ Grill. Lay in the nature on our 2 person hammock while enjoying back yard sports and Activities. Enjoy and relax in our master bedroom jacuzzi after a long day of activities. The orange couch on the left turns into a bed. 🛋 Wawa, dollar general, Dunkin’ Donuts, CVS, Famous Chat and Chew diner, Asian restaurant, Supermarket and liquor store, beer outlet, antique shops and many more just outside the community two to three minutes from the house. 🛒 🛍 -GAS BBQ We do not Fill the BBQ tank because majority of the guests do not turn them off and drain it overnight. - You may fill the tank at dollar general or aharts market and we will pay for it :) Welcome! Enjoy Our freshly renovated home which offers 5 bedrooms. 4 bathrooms total: 2 are full and 2 are half baths. The house can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests! Our Dinning table can fit up to 8 people comfortably and 10-12 people at most. Our Kitchen includes a gas stove and a microwave for cooking tasty dinner meals. Our biggest home attraction is the enormous fully covered porch which lights up fully at night, must see the beautify for yourself! You can enjoy the porch during all weather as it fully wraps around the entire house to keep the insects out! Although it is not heated. Our second attraction is the game room which includes a 55 inch tv with a PlayStation 4, multiple video games, Netflix through the PS4, billiards table and air hockey with soft gymnasium flooring for extra comfort. Our main living room offers a poker table which fits 8 with a 65 inch tv with Alexa, you can access Netflix, prime movies, videos and so on.. We have multiple bikes which I keep in the shed, the bikes are used and must be used carefully at your own risk! Our community offers a private lake, which is a 2 minute drive from the house and a 3-4 minute bike ride. Feel free to explore and enjoy the community on our bikes. The lake is properly Maintained and is designed for individuals to swim in on white sand beach area. There are tables and grills for BBQS and PLENTY of room for Sports and activities. I have two blow up boats which can gently be placed on top of a car and taken slowly down to the lake as well as 4 life jackets, please be extra careful and enjoy the activities. Our house is close to all of the region's attractions, including just 5 minutes away Jack Frost which includes an indoor water park and swimming pool for kids Big Boulder mountains, Camelback ski resort, Kalahari waterpark, golf courses, whitewater rafting, the Crossings Outlet shopping, Mt. Airy/Mohegan Sun casinos, Pocono Raceway, hunting, fishing, horseback riding and much, much more! ✌️
