This unit is located upstairs & has a cute balcony to relax with your morning coffee. The location is perfect as it's close to freeways/shopping/entertainment & just a short 5 mile bike ride to PCH. This condo is ideally located for out-of-town travelers. Just 5 miles to the beach, near shopping/movie theaters/restaurants and an easy commute to Knott's Berry Farm, Disneyland, Los Angeles and all other Southern California attractions. You will have access to the entire condo plus a cute balcony so you can unwind, breathe in the ocean air and enjoy coffee or drinks. Everything you need for a relaxing respite is provided including wifi, TV, blue ray player, DVDs, board games, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils, toaster, towels and beach towels. There are 4 units located in the building that share a washer/dryer; you will have access to the laundry room ($1.00 wash/$.75/dry). Although we plan to give you space, we are available for questions and just a short commute away if needed. The complex is quiet; our unit is located adjacent to a riverbed (see photo) so there are no neighbors behind, making our home a peaceful getaway. There is outdoor parking on sight, bus transportation within walking distance and bike rentals at Huntington Beach Pier. This unit is located above the garage so please note the photo showing outside stair access. Since we are located above the garage, you can hear the garage door opener when the garage doors are opened/closed; it's a moderate noise but it's something to be aware of.
