Rustic Retreat in Wattle Grove

Guests will be welcomed by their host Shirley to a rustic, yet modern, open planned, fully self contained cottage (110m2) with quality furnishings throughout. Located in Perths foothills and semi-rural you can be awakened by the sound of the Kookaburras, Black Cockatoos and Pink and grey Galahs. location is only being 30 mins from Perth CBD and 15 mins from the airport terminals. The Cottage has its own outdoor setting under a shaded Patio. The cottage consists of 2 very large double bedrooms each with queen sized beds and one with a fold out sofa bed. The lounge and dining area is very comfortable with a near new kitchen adjacent. The bathroom is disabled friendly. There is separate access from the street and separate locked access to the cottage. Access to the pool during the summer months Host will be available to answer any questions guests may have through phone however we are very approachable. Guests privacy will be a priority at all times. Neibourhood is semi-rural, reasonably quiet and not too close to neighbors. We are situated within 15 mins drive to Bickley wine and food trail and the historical township of Kalamunda which has some excellent eateries, and hosts a Farmers market every Sunday and a local handicrafts market first Saturday of each month. There are plenty of biking and hiking tracks including the iconic Bibbulmun track. Own transport is advisable, however there is a bus service to Kalamunda and Belmont which stops some 900m from the residence. Taxis, Uber also service the area.
