A lovely sunny space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for a solo traveller, couple or a family who want to experience Perth like locals. This easy going beautiful 2 bedrooms villa has been recently renovated and is ideally located in Como within walking distance to shops and cafes. Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed(s), bathroom facilities and wireless internet. The villa has a lot of storage. The wardrobes has a lot of hanging space and large drawers for clothes. Fresh towels and linen are provided and included in the price. Baby and toddler are welcome. We can provide a high chair and a crib on request. There is a parking for one car in front of the villa. If more parking needed, parking are free on the street and also within villa complex labeled as 'Visitor parking'. Guests could have access to all parts of our property, including front and backyard. However, inside of the property, there are certain locks on cupboards where to store excess goods and equipments for future use. Please do not attempt to open the locked cupboards. Thank you! The villa is all yours to enjoy once you have received the keys. We are always happy to be contacted if you need advice or help throughout your stay. Cafes, restaurants and grocery shops are within walking distance from the property. There is also a 24 hours supermarket within 5 minutes drive distance. There are rivers, parks and playgrounds very close by. Once you arrive and settle, we are happy to tell you some 'secret' landmarks for a easy walk or for kayaking and canoeing. There are public transports located very close to the property, e.g. bus stops (2 mins walking) and train station (~10 minutes on foot). And of course if you are keen, riding a bicycle will be a great way to get around to the city and around the neighbourhood.
