Private, self-contained, modern accommodation situated on a secluded 20-hectare rural lifestyle property: just 20 minutes from the capital city of Wellington Farm animals including alpacas, chickens and horses. Native birds. Please note that there is wireless internet and a separate land line (number provided on arrival); no cellphone reception. This is a quiet and beautiful location with access to nature but only 10 minutes by car to shops and supermarkets (also 25 minutes to Wellington City CBD) Belmont Escape is situated in Normandale, Lower Hutt. Great if you have a car Public transport (buses) from the top of our street (1.9 k walk away). Trains leave regularly for a Wellington from Petone Station which is a 10 min drive away. This area has much native wildlife such as native birds, glow worms and there are friendly farm animals to see on the property. Belmont Regional Park is a beautiful bushy park with streams and walking tracks, great for horse riding, walking or mountain biking. Great for picnics and bbq's. As much or little as they want. We are helpful hosts but will not intrude upon our guests privacy.
