Nestled into the hill on a 100 acre farm on the Golden Creek, this 1-bedroom guesthouse with kitchenette, is ideal for couples seeking peace & seclusion, where it is all about you, the view, the wildlife and the weather. Stargaze, enjoy sunny days on the verandah or, a panoramic view of sweeping rain from the cosiness of the cabin. Wildlife is abundant and ocean ports are 24 minutes away. Breakfast provisions are supplied by your hosts Deb and Ken. 20% discount for 7 day stays or more. You are the only guests on the property. You will be cool in summer and cosy in winter with reverse-cycle aircon, heated towel rail, dual control electric blanket, ceiling fans in bedroom and living and a north-facing deck. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove top and oven, one-drawer dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine and a plunger. We supply coffee capsules, tea bags, sugar, spreads and condiments in the pantry, milk and butter in the fridge and homemade bread in the bread bin. Do let us know if you don't want any of the following in your brekky supplies: eggs, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, yoghurt, muesli & berries, to avoid waste. Golden Creek B&B is a registered Class 3 Food Premises and Accommodation Getaway. Guesthouse with yard and parking. Guests are welcome to walk the farm but, check first with Ken or Deb. Travel tip: Take care on local roads especially round dusk and dawn when wombats and kangaroos are about. Dairy cows also cross our roads.
