Charming Studio in Historic &Walkable Neighborhood

Belmont Heights is an awesome, family friendly neighborhood. Though our street is quiet, we are in walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. We are also very close to shopping & restaurants on 2nd Street, downtown LB, and the beach. Two nearby bus stops can take you to downtown Long Beach for restaurants, bars, Aquarium of the Pacific, and Queen Mary. *We are only 25 miles to downtown Los Angeles and 20 miles away from Disneyland. *We welcome people of all backgrounds! This is our detached studio (my family and I live in the front house). It has its own bathroom and kitchen. The TV is equipped with Directv, which includes all premium movie channels, the NFL package with all NFL games and MLB baseball package with all MLB games. It’s in between urban and suburban (the best of both worlds!) It’s an awesome neighborhood to go for a stroll in, ride bikes in, and to grab dinner and drinks in. There is plenty of street parking. Also, there are two bus stops that are close. There is plenty of street parking. One thing to note is street sweeping. It’s on our side of the street on Thursday 8:00am to 10:00am and on the other side on Friday from 8:00am to 10:00am.
