Beautiful private upstairs suite w/ optional balcony in newly renovated house. En-suite half bath (toilet, sink and cabinet), and shared bonus room (if needed) in quiet + super accessible community of Morningside. Easy to find, 20 minutes outside of DC, public transportation in front of house, off major parkway and less than 5 min. to Andrews AFB . Guests have access to W/D, parking in driveway, refrigerator/microwave. Main bedroom is spacious with lots of closet space for longer stays Room has Queen platform bed with drawers, Roku television, welcome snacks and basic amenities. Use of a bonus room which has air mattress, mini-fridge, microwave and chill space. Nearby Andrews Air Force and in front of a bus stop to Metro rail. Metro is 5 min. drive away. Free use of driveway and desk/table area. Can rent entire floor, as well Main bedroom, spare bedroom (shared), W/D, balcony and driveway I will be available by phone during stays. I also stay there sometimes A few shops nearby and convenience store across the street. Near DC, Brandywine and National Harbor for plenty of shops, restaurants and activities. Bus stop literally in front for the house. 5 minute drive or 12 minute bus to Metrorail. Off Capital Beltway/Suitland Parkway. 20 minutes to downtown DC. 10-15 minute drive to National Harbor. On Green Metro Rail Line to National Park, SW Waterfront, Gallery Place, UMD and U Street Corridor Bonus room is shared. All guests must wear masks upon entry and in common spaces
