Just 15 min drive to CBD & CBR airport; 2&5min walk from bus & light rail. Living & dining space with kitchen and outdoor balcony. Accommodate a max of 6 people on 2 doubles, 1 queen & 1 sofa-bed in 3 bedrooms and living area. Area is entirely upstairs with private entrance, and free on-street & driveway parking. All reservations are welcome! The house is quite new, and your whole space is upstairs with a private entrance through the stairs for easy coming and going. It includes three spacious bedrooms with an ensuite in the master bedroom. The family room includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a dining and lounge area which is designed to accommodate up to six people. TV is fitted with Chromecast, guests need only have the app to use Netflix, Stan, Spotify, Disney+, and YouTube. The main bathroom is sparkling clean and spacious also includes laundry facilities, an iron, and a hair dryer are accessible from the cupboards here. Good size balcony with outdoor chairs is setup for guests. It’s lovely to watch the sun set over mount Majura and Ainslie and part of the city from the balcony. Complete upstairs area and balcony belongs to the guest. Private gate and entrance for coming and going undisturbed. Free on street parking for your first car and if you have additional car you can park on the far left behind the traffic cone. We can interact as much or as little as you would like. Our place is situated in the south-east part of Gungahlin, which is a great location due to good accessibility to the main roads such as Flemington, Gungahlin and Horse-park drives. It’s not over 20 min drive from any tourist attraction in Canberra and we are only 6km from the Dinosaur museum, 2.5km from EPIC(ExhibitionPark) 4.5km from Majura vineyard 5km from Dickson restaurants 4km from Gungahlin Golf club. Our suburb is young and developed with open spaces and comfortable living in mind. There are parks and natural reserves that makes it a great place for walks. Public transport is only a short 2 to 5 minute walk away. If you are not driving, apart from Taxi, Uber, Ola; Bus and the new light rail are the main transport means to get around. Bus number 22 to City or Gungahlin is only a two minute walk. The newly built Light Rail to City or Gungahlin is only a five minute walk away. All toiletries including tissues, soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied. Hair dryer and iron are available( please note that the ironing board is too short to be used by itself. It can be used on the top of a table in the family room or bathroom using the towel attached as a cushion. Dishwasher, washing machine, and under sink bins are accessible. Two bins ( garbage and recycling) and clothes line are available for use downstairs next to the entrance. Upon checkout kindly take the rubbish and put it in the red bin. Unfortunately our place is not suited to guests with accessibility needs as is it entirely upstairs. Last but not least, this accommodation is a smoke free place except on the balcony. It is strictly prohibited to smoke inside the house.
