This townhouse is perfect for small families or couples, in a peaceful, leafy location opposite a park, ideal for walks & picnics. Car not needed, as shopping mall 'Eden Rise' is next door and Zagames including MPD steak kitchen is walking distance away. If you do have a car, a fully enclosed & secure 2 car garage is available. The house is close to hospitals such as Casey & St John of God and close to Berwick Village where there's great restaurants, boutiques & Botanical Gardens to explore. We are fastidious about cleanliness and are committed to making your stay as comfortable as possible. COVID-19 UPDATE ****** We are following the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines. Cleanliness has always been top of our mind. But it’s even more critical as we all aim to reduce the spread of infection during this time. Here are some of the things we are doing between reservations in preparation for our guests: Cleaning with a household cleaning solution first THEN disinfecting with a spray (with atleast 70% alcohol -VIRACLEAN) all frequently touched surfaces such as bench tops, tables, light switches, remote controls, taps etc. Wiping down appliances such as vacuum cleaner, washing machine and dishwasher with disinfectant. All linens, towels and kitchen cloths are washed at the highest heat setting in the washing machine. Zero contact check-ins for trusted, repeat guest bookings. Lock box is available. Zero contact check-outs for all reservations. Imposing a 72hr window between bookings to throughly clean and disinfect. To help guests maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and hygiene, we are well-stocked with the essential amenities, and a few extras like: Antibacterial hand sanitizer Disposable gloves and wipes Hand soap Paper towels Tissues Toilet Paper The house is tastefully decorated in a modern and minimalistic style. The kitchen is fitted out with stainless steel appliances - Gas cook top, oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine. In the pantry you will find cooking essentials, kettle, toaster and rice cooker. The main bedroom and ensuite (with bath, one person shower and powder room toilet) is located on the floor level and the other 2 bedrooms and study/play space with bathroom are located on the second storey. The bedrooms upstairs are fitted with ceiling fans. All 3 queen beds are made up with premium linen. A portacot can be found in the cupboard in the upstairs bedroom. There is a large open plan family room, furnished with leather couches and big screen TV and a dining table next to the kitchen. Relax and unwind and tune into Netflix. Fast and unlimited Wifi is included. Sliding doors with security screens lead out to courtyards, perfect to soak up sun or enjoy long coffees. There is internal access from the double car garage, into the house. The laundry is located next to the kitchen, where you will find a washing machine, iron and spare linen. The balcony on the top storey looks out onto the leafy park at the front of the property, where you will find great playground equipment for the kids to burn off some energy. A play room is also available with a selection of toys for boys and girls The whole house, enclosed side and back yard and garage is available for the sole use of airbnb guests only. We live close to the property and have lived in Berwick since 2000 so happy to be contacted by phone or message for any advice or help Berwick has some great restaurants on Main Street Berwick Village, a short drive away, or walking distance to Zagames and MPD Kitchen, and other notable restaurants and take away. Sunday markets at Akoonah Park, Botanical parks and gardens, large recreational and sporting facilities in Cranbourne and golf courses in Beaconsfeild are but a short drive away. Eden Rise shopping mall is next door, giving you access to large supermarkets such as Coles and Aldi and takeway restaurants such as Nando's and Burgr. Fountain Gate is about 10 minutes away, where you will find large department stores such as Myer, Village Cinemas, eateries and ten pin bowling. The house is close to the major highway (M1) that will get you to the city of Melbourne in around 45 minutes. Also close to amazing wineries and beaches on the Mornington Peninsula about 40 minutes away. The house is close to Berwick train station and bus stops. Ask us about bike hire! Helmets are mandatory, and that is available too. Berwick has some great bike paths!! Please be mindful that this townhouse is one of many on the strip, with neighbours in very close proximity on the sides and rear. So please be respectful of our neighbours and keep music and noise levels down at any time. The police will be called if noise is excessive past 10pm on any night as per local bylaws. We don't mind having house quests bring SMALL pets that are house trained. But please ensure they stay off beds and couches. Please bring their bedding. Water bowls and even treats can be found in the pantry.
