Located 500 m. outside the picturesque village of Kissos, a truly unique year- round getaway, within 25km reach of Chania ski centre, 7km to numerous beaches and 12km to Tsagarada village. Ideal for nature lovers, family or romantic getaways. “Zephyros" house is among one of four independent residences next to each other that share a 5mX10m pool. It can be rented separately or together with "Voreas" house also listed as separate, for larger parties. This three storey house, with independent entrance, offers sweeping views of the forest and garden With a total floor space of 110 m2, the ground floor features a dining table that seats 8, open plan fully equipped kitchen (small refrigerator) and sitting by the fire with an office desk. The carefully designed interior, tastefully decorated with authentic furnishings and antique items, exudes traditional charm and character. On the upper level is the master bedroom (double bed 1,50mx2m) with en suite bathroom (bath tub) peripheral windows with views, ceiling fan and private balcony. On the lower level a double futon bed (1,40x2m) en suite bathroom (shower) shares the same space with 2 single futon beds (80x2m) ideal for 2 children The space also has direct access to the garden it's magnificent spacious outdoors (70m2 two areas), features a BBQ, a round wooden table for eating and 2 outdoor lounge chairs where guests can take in the amazing views and enjoy the garden to its fullest throughout all seasons. The scenery is surrounded by nature. Linden, cherry, walnut, chestnut and laurel trees whilst ivy flourishes in abundance. In addition, the pool area consists of 2 day beds, 3 build beds, 1 swinging chair and a few smaller tables around with director's chairs, all share Aegean sea views. Guests are greeted upon arrival and departure. At your disposal for any questions or help you may need during your stay. Kissos village is located 500m from the residences. It hosts 3 restaurants with local cuisine, 2 bars and it's beautiful main square where the iconic "Agia Marina" church stands. Build in 1650 while Greece was under Turkish occupation. The village is an ideal location for all year around excursions. Whether it is visiting the beaches such as Agios loannis, Papa- Nero, and Plaka beach all within 7km or walks to "Neraidolimni" (1hr walk, or 15mins drive only by 4x4 jeep) "Tibano Kissou" 1,5hrs (no car is reachable to the waterfall).
