This is a spacious, family-friendly 3-bedroom home in Eastern Heights, a safe, quiet community where everything is within your reach. Reverse-cycle air conditioner in lounge room, ceiling fans in all three bedrooms, modern kitchen with everything you need including microwave, dining area with dining table with six chairs, separate toilet and shower recess, laundry with top-loader washing machine and clothes line in the backyard, and a garage and there is off-street parking for two vehicles. A toddler bed or cot is available on request well so this is a very family-friendly space! The backyard and a section of downstairs will be accessed by my parents for storage purposes. Flat-screen television with DVD player and a selection of family movies. Wi-Fi available. There is also a front balcony where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon breeze as well as a smaller, back balcony. Please read listing thoroughly to avoid disappointment . We require a security deposit if you have no reviews because of past experiences with guests with no reviews. Guests have access to the entire upper storey of the house. It is your space and is not shared. Guests also have access to the backyard and have access to the double-lockup garage downstairs. There will be a section of downstairs that is used for storage. Downstairs and the backyard will be a shared space that my parents will access for storage now and then. I am overseas at the moment studying so you will be dealing primarily with my parents, Glen and Jenny, who will be your friendly hosts! They are living next door so will be available whenever you need. They will book you in, (check in time is flexible, just ask!), ensure you have everything you need and be a source of information and help while you enjoy your stay. It is a quiet neighbourhood but close to shops. We have a Coles complex a block away where you can get your groceries or something to eat. Around the corner is a chemist, hairdresser and fish and chip (their chips are nice and crispy and not at all oily)!! Not far to walk to a great park with exercise equipment and a great walking track around the park and if you are looking for a great place to take the children you have Springfield Lakes with their pool and a great place for a barbeque and it is all free! The house is located in a quiet street. There is a bus stop around the corner, five-minute walk to a Coles store as well as food shops and five-minute drive to the train station. Booval Shopping Centre and a heated pool is also five-minute drive away and walking trails are nearby. You are only a five-minute drive away from Ipswich CBD which has a mall, Riverlink Shopping Centre, cinemas and more. You can also go on a scenic thirty-minute drive to Wivenhoe Dam. Springfield Lakes and Regatta Lakes are a thirty-minute drive for swimming, kayaking and free outdoor barbecues. Brisbane CBD, West End for al fresco dining and Southbank Parklands for the Southbank Wheel as well as many Westfield shopping centres are all within a forty-minute drive. The Gold Coast Theme Parks and Gold Coast beaches are only an hour away.
