Our vintage Dutch house is newly renovated with some modern touches and architectures. It is cozy and spacious, making this house perfect for family getaways and group retreats. Located right in the heart of Malang city, just a block from Ijen Catholic Church and few blocks from many popular eateries. This house is STRICTLY for overnight stays, not for any events, gatherings or parties. Thank you. The house: - Living and dining rooms - Spacious terrace perfect for picnic or bbq - Beautiful garden with koi pond - Fully equipped pantry and kitchen (from plates and cutleries to fridge and stove) - Laundry room with washing machine and drying area - Garage that fits up to 6 cars The rooms: - Fully air conditioned - Clean fresh pillows, bolsters, blankets, towels are provided - Wardrobes and working space in every room The amenities: - Four bathrooms with hot showers - Soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste will be provided - Mineral water, coffee and tea in every room - Baby cot and amenities are available upon request The entertainments: - High speed wifi internet - TV with international programmes in the living room Cleaning will be available on every other day during your stay and upon request. Guests have access to the living and dining area, pantry and kitchen (responsible cooking is welcome), garage, and even the laundry area. We will not be staying here as this is our second home so you'll have entire space for you and the family at your comfort. We will try our best to greet you and your family when you arrive because we love meeting new people! Located in the beautiful Ijen Boulevard. Few walking blocks and you will be on Jalan Pahlawan Trip and Jalan Jakarta for good eateries and coffee shops ranging from Western, Indonesian, Japanese, and Chinese food. On Sunday you can enjoy Car Free Day right in front of the house and famous Ijen Catholic church is just around the corner. Expect partial road closure and some noise on Sunday between 5:30 am to 9:30 am due to Car Free Day.
