Modern Retreat in Matarangi

A stunning modern beach house with one-of-a-kind ocean views over the Matarangi Golf Course and through the pines. The perfect place for a relaxed getaway to unwind and enjoy quality time with friends or family. The house is architectuarlly designed to enhance the occupiers’ connection to the surroundings. Upstairs is the main open-plan living area with a relaxed lounge and fire place and a modern kitchen/dining area. Upstairs features floor to ceiling windows which open out onto a spacious deck for entertaining or enjoying the vista. Downstairs, the layout consists of three good sized bedrooms two of which also have sliding doors out onto a lower deck area and a bathroom with shower and good water pressure. There is also an outdoor shower and a secondary ‘boys bathroom’ in the utility shed. There is a double kayak, bikes and tennis rackets (with newly surfaced courts a five minute walk from the property) available for use on request. Please note we allow social gatherings in special circumstances if informed of the nature and extent of such a function and are happy that you will be respectful of the property and the neighbours. The property is located at the very end of the first hole of the Matarangi Golf Course with magnificent views over the green and beach and through the pines. It is down the quieter end of Matarangi just on the edge of The Pines. A one-minute wall to the beach, 5 to the tennis court or golf clubhouse and 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the shops. The start of the walking track around Matarangi Peninsula and native dotterel breeding area is about 10 minutes away through the pines.
