It is large and welcoming and includes a very comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobe. The room is quiet, air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. You will have use of the front patio, rear courtyard, kitchen, lounge and laundry. We enjoy meeting people and will be very happy to help you in any way we can, or we can leave you alone. It's up to you. This is a wonderful place to live or visit. Plenty of open space and lakes to walk around. Quiet, but walk to everything including shopping centre, restaurants, hospital/medical facilities, sporting/gym facilities, train, bus. Walk to the train or bus in only a few minutes. City 15 minutes. Beautiful beaches 10 minutes. We can organise free 24/7 access to the large public gym nearby for up to a week.
