Queen size - Centrally-located, secluded art house

A light-filled, airy house with works from local artists throughout. Being the back-bedroom, you will be very secluded. My home is located on a corner block so there is ample off-street parking as well as a single carport available. You will be in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the Dickson entertainment precinct, local shops and gyms and public transport. My home is >9k from either Canberra City or Belconnen. My home is furnished with some antiques, so the furniture may have an aged patina. Our home was built in the 1970's but refurbished/ renovated in the early 2000's. It has rustic charm, is shaded by well established trees but has a modern interior. You may share the space with a guest in the king-sized room You will have access to the whole house, except my closet. This includes your room, the bathroom and laundry, the lounge/ dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a clothes line, hot tub and a small home gym. The yard is currently being landscaped. You will also have private access to and from my home via the front door, or shared access via the back-door. I may need to access my home during you stay. I will be staying in the garden unit, on the property but not attached to the house. If you use the back door, you may see me. I am always available if you have any concerns or issues or if you have any queries about our national capital. I will do my utmost to make your stay the best it can be. I am busy so can you please approach me, either via AirBnB or face-to-face. The neighbourhood is quiet and well established. There is a nature reserve at the end of the street with may walking paths. Bike paths also pass by this neighbourhood. My partner and I regularly entertain and play Reggae muic. You are welcome to join us.
