Villa near the beach in Perazica Do

This is perfect place for spending your holiday in a private house, only 150m from the beach in a beautiful village Perazica Do. This lovely house has 50 m2 of living space over two floors, and a nice garden. It consists of living room , dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. An old stone house that has been recently renovated with a very fresh , arty style. Here is list of things we provide our guests: - Private parking ( that is 150 m away from the house) - Back garden that can be accessed through the kitchen, usually used for barbecue (water and electricity access) - Wi-Fi - A modern kitchen with brand new appliances such as large fridge, oven, cooking rings, dishwasher. - Two bathrooms with shower - Washer - Two bedrooms with double bed and single bed - Iron and hairdryer - Fresh linen and towels are provided Guests have access to the entire house, nothing is shared. Guests will have full privacy. I am pleased to assist my guests in anything I can. If you need tips, information, please don't hesitate to ask . Perazica Do is a small village with about 60 houses housed in the bay below the monastery Rezevici, 3 km from Petrovac. The place is fairly quiet, no noise and night life. Along the bay there is a large pebble beach which is reached through a village lane and stairs. Distance to the beach is about 150m, few minutes walk. popular beaches Drobni Pijesak and Buljarice are also close by. Few years ago, my friend Jelena announced this house over her airbnb profile. The wonderful impressions of our guests speak most about the house.... We arrived to wine, fruit and chilled water and Jelena, Tamara (the owner) and her family were very helpful throughout our stay. The location is just near the beach and a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to nearby Petrovac. Special thanks to Tamara's family for helping my MIL when she nearly missed her flight at the end of our stay (!) and for being so kind to our toddler son. Nebojsa: A wonderful place to relax. We strongly recommend this place, it is one of the best vacation places we stayed at all! The apartment is simply beautiful, spacious, clean, cozy and tastefully furnished. Equipment and furniture are new or renovated. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay. The villa is located on the slope close to the beach (500 m). Great quiet location, which we liked much more than Petrovac, and the town can be reached in a short walk (30 min) or by car in few minutes. Beach in Perazica is much calmer, uncrowded and equally beautiful. Both Jelena and the owners of the apartment are very nice, friendly and helpful (communication in English).
