Allure is a stunning beachfront holiday apartment at Black Point and is ideal for several couples or family groups. With five bedrooms Allure can sleep up to 12 guests, all linen and bedding is provided. Allure has three bathrooms and the upstairs master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite. Allure is located next to the Black Point boat ramp, and has fantastic sea views all along the white sandy beach. Allure has two separate lounge areas, a large open space family and living room leading to a large deck with sea views extending from Black Point to Pine Point, and beyond to Ardrossan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Puratap system, microwave oven, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer (extra freezer supplied in garage for seafood). Children and toddlers are provided for with a high chair, stair gate and porta cot provided. The property features reverse cycle ducted air conditioning (upstairs and downstairs), LCD televisions with DVD player, CD player/radio, and a top load washing machine and dryer. Allure provides garage parking for two vehicles with off street parking for boats, private mooring available.
