In these difficult times this is a comfortable self contained, elevated studio in a quiet residential neighbourhood suitable for a self isolation, or the business person who still needs to work. This studio is double glazed and therefore very quiet. Easy access by car to the M4 and within walking distance to public transport and shops. Located in the Lower Blue Mountains it makes it easy to reach Penrith and the surrounding Western Sydney area, and Katoomba and the many tourist attractions. The space is an open plan 60m2, north facing studio. Insulated and doubled glazed with reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The studio is elevated, therefore there are 16 steps to the entrance (refer to photos). . Adults must supervise children in the near the windows and around the external stairs. Living Area: - Large living area - TV/DVD player - Books and games available. -Leather Lounge. Kitchen: - Full kitchen facilities (Electric oven, Gas cook-top, Microwave, Full size Refrigerator) Bedrooms: - 1 X Double bed with built-in wardrobe. - 1 X king single & 1 X single All linen provided Bathroom: - Shower, hand basin & W/C Linen Provided Laundry: - Front-load washing machine located in kitchen. Clothesline available. Parking: - On street parking in quiet residential area - The studio is accessed via its own entrance behind your host's private residence (Studio is elevated, please note there are 16 steps to the entrance) - Backyard is available for guest use. Social-distancing is practiced by hosts and is expected by the guests. - Interaction is as indicated by the guests, your host lives on-site. You can come and go as you wish using your Studio's private entrance. Social-distancing will be practiced whilst on the property. - Your hosts have 40 years experience in living in the Blue Mountains and can recommend ample recreational opportunities.
