“The Studio” in Salter Point

Welcome to “The Studio” in Salter Point. The Studio is secure, self-contained, fully air-conditioned and totally separated from the main home, with its own easy access. Pass through the garden and enter The Studio through double french doors. For your comfort stretch out and snooze in the huge comfy King Size Bed with cupboards on either side and bedside lamps for your convenience. The kitchenette is perfect with tea, coffee and milk provided. If guests purchase meals they can heat them up in the microwave. There is a small table and chairs plus 2 very comfy armchairs to relax and watch some television or choose a movie to enjoy. The ensuite is complete with a shower, vanity and WC. Perfect location! Just a one minute walk to the ever popular Raktocino’s Cafe where you’ll love the coffee, snacks and pizzas! Guests are welcome to relax in the garden area. The Studio is fully self contained, however laundry services are available if required. If required, hosts Julie and Ron are available to offer assistance with directions, suggestions, recommendations or just for a chat! Salter Point is a unique and exclusivel suburb with well maintained high quality homes. You'll find a great little cafe about 200 mtrs from "The Studio", it opens early for your coffee and offers great pizzas in the evening! There are a variety of eateries including Chinese, Japanese, Nepalese, Asian and many more within walking distance or just a short drive. There's also our local IGA nearby if you need any groceries. Just 2 blocks from "The Studio", a 3 to 4 minute walk you'll find the Canning River where paths will take you along the edge of the beautiful river for miles! There is a bus stop about 20 metres from The Studio and you can go in to the City in less than 20 mins or catch a train north past Joondalup to Butler and south to Mandurah. Major hospitals ie Royal Perth Hospital, St John of God Hospitals, Fremantle Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital are all within a 20 min drive. Both the Domestic and International Airports are both approximately 20 min drives, at a Uber cost of around $22.00. .
