Rosie's Cottage is a relaxed, comfortable private getaway in one of Australia's best country destinations. There are 3 bedrooms with an en-suite to the master. Separate toilet and bathroom and a large kitchen, living and dining are with all the amenities you'll need. The outdoor patio and garden is perfect for relaxing with a coffee, glass of wine and spending quality time with friends and family. Wheelchair access through garage. Rosie's Cottage is wheelchair accessible through the garage and throughout the property. Guests have use of a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster in the kitchen. Crockery and cutlery is available, as well as tea towels and other kitchen items. Linens are included and guests have access to laundry facilities. Off-street parking is available for 2 cars, plus on-lawn parking. Street parking is also available. Guests have access to the entire property, garden and garage, however please note that cars cannot be parked in the garage as it contains a large access ramp into the house. I am available for any help or information guests need. Phil and I are very sociable and are happy to welcome you to the area with a coffee or a drink but please feel free to explore on your own. The area is safe, full of nice parks and recreation grounds. Rosie’s Cottage is in a great spot for families, small groups, professionals, couples and individuals. It is centrally located, close to the CBD, parks, tennis courts, swimming pool and gyms. The hospital and multiple medical services are within walking distance. Woolworths is close by and there are many cafes, pubs and restaurants for wining and dining within 10 minutes walk. Griffith is an exciting cosmopolitan, country town with a long history of fantastic European food. The region is home to many wineries including Casella's, DeBortoli's and McWilliam's, some of which offer tours. Food and wine experiences are very popular and are a must-do when you visit. Griffith is easy to get around via car, bike and on foot. There are public buses available in and around town, as well as a reliable taxi service. Rosie's Cottage offers fresh bread and milk on arrival, plus a few simple pantry products such as pasta, salt & pepper and tinned goods will be available. Towels and sheets will be provided for each room with spares available if needed.
