Frye island is a hidden gem that brings you back in time while simultaneously giving you so much to do and explore! Besides the main house with 2500 sq Ft of living, we offer a full walk out basement with ping pong, foosball, fishing gear, snorkel gear and outdoor games! Outside you have a private dock with ladder, canoe, kayaks, paddle board, floats, Adirondack chairs, fire pit, and more! Guests can call or text anytime during their stay. Sebago Lake, golf courses, tennis courts, 12 island beaches, volleyball, walking trails, restaurants, boating, and so much more! Getting around the island can be done by car, bike, foot or boat! The island has a strict 20 mph speed limit for cars, so the roads are very safe for all. The owners now offer half day and full day boat tours. You and your guests can enjoy a ride to all the beautiful places on Sebago Lake with your very own Captain Andrew. Our 14 person tri-toon boat is equipped with seating for all, and a 200 HP engine to get you where you want to go!
