Welcome to the Orange House! We're located at the City Center, close to everything. Just minutes walk to Train Station, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Museum, Theater House, Libraries, Dean College, Trail & Tracking. Few minutes drive to Gillette Stadium, Wrentham Premium Outlets, Plainridge Casino & Boston Marathon Starting Point. You can easily visit Boston, Providence & Worcester, too! Our place is good for couples, business travelers, small groups & families. Lock on bedroom doors. Fully furnished second floor 2 bedrooms apartment, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and living room areas with all amenities ready for you. The apartment share main entrance door with other guests who stay at the Guest Suite. And there are 2 ways to get to this main entrance door: 1. For Guests with heavy luggage: From the parking lot please take a right, short walk towards Ruggles Street pass three small pine trees then open the brown wooden gate. The entrance door to your place is the third door at the very end of the front porch of the house. 2. For Guests without heavy luggage: From the parking lots please take a left, short walk to the rear side of the house pass the small concrete stairs and open the small metal gate. The first door is your entrance to your place. Primary guest room accommodates four (4) with real beds and new comfortable and luxurious mattresses. Closet and dresser spaces are available. We provide fresh and clean linens and towels. Enjoy the shower/bath and private use of full kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need; plates, utensils, glasses, cups, pantry basics, dishes - pots and pans, microwave, toaster, etc. Please note: there is no dishwasher, dryer or washer machines in the apartment. Coffee and teas are available. You can also enjoy wireless high-speed internet access and basic cable TV (Major networks and local channels). There are two (2) single beds on each bedrooms. But we can set up a king size bed for you in Bedroom #2 per your request on the day you book the apartment. When booking the place simply let us know which size of beds you prefer either: A). 1 king size bed, or B). 2 single beds. Note: When you don't pick your beds preference (Option A or B -- see above) on the day you're making the reservation and after a reminder message from me, you will get whatever bed size we made when you arrive. Please note: We will set an extra bed (an airbed mattress) in the living room for one (1) extra guest. The space will fit nicely and comfortably only for five (5) people maximum. Please consider this information when you book the place with one (1) extra person and also about the extra fee $35/night for this one (1) extra person. Kids (13 years old and above) are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and quiet. Frequently, I work down stair with clients who come to relax and find peace and serenity. The extra $35/night per person fee does apply to anyone above 13 years old. We have found that clean up after kids really took a lot more effort and time. I would really appreciate it if you do not move furniture around, or if you do please put everything back as you found it. My place is NOT a hotel, motel or a bed & breakfast. It's a private multi-family home that happened to be part of Airbnb. We are located in Franklin, Massachusetts, a historic college town just under an hour outside of Boston and about thirty minutes drive from Providence. We are only 5 minutes from Interstate I-495 and within 15 minutes of the area’s best-known attractions: •Patriot Place and Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots and New England Revolution •Wrentham Village Outlets, over 200 designer discount stores •Xfinity Center, a 19,000-seat outdoor amphitheater •F. Gilbert Hills State Forest, 23 miles of hiking and mountain bike trails • Southwick's Zoo, New England's Largest Zoo in Mendon Guests with more than two (2) persons will have access to the entire apartment on the second floor including the full bathroom, a living room, the full kitchen and the two (2) bedrooms. Any guest who come alone (1 person) or as a couple (2 persons) will have access to the entire apartment on the second floor including the full bathroom, a living room, the full kitchen and only one (1) bedroom (either on 2 singles beds or on a king size bed) per their choice on the booking day. You also have high-speed internet access, basic cable TV, and to use the designated inside private parking lots, to enjoy the yards, and the benches in the front porch of the house. For energy conservation please always turn off all lights and the AC when you leave the room or apartment, or when they are not needed. Thank you for your cooperation! I live in both cities simultaneously between Boston and Franklin (mostly on my days off or during works from home and on the weekends). And when I'm in Franklin, I'll be staying at the main unit in the first floor next to the Guest Suite. I have two very beautiful, smart, gorgeous and super friendly cats -- "Pochi the Gray" and "Dooby the Lion King". They love people and enjoy the attention. But please no worries to those who have allergies with cats -- they won't come or enter the apartment because they live and stay with me in a totally separate unit than the one that you're staying at. The Airbnb apartment unit has a private entrance and you'll have the entire place for yourself. Both my cats are very active and love to run around outside the house in the yard with me and hanging around the windows watching over the house. So, please don't be surprised if you hear their meows sometimes, find him relaxing on the windows or see them with me hanging around outside in the yard! Franklin is a charming and historic town. It's quite yet vibrant place. For the past ten years Franklin has ranked at or close to the Top of 10 safest cities in the USA. It's chosen as Top Ten Town to raise a family by Family Circle. CNN Money chose Franklin as Top Ten Place to live and launch. Business Week ranked Franklin as a Top Ten to raise kids. Bottom line, you will enjoy your stay in Franklin! So, while you're staying here, you can explore and discover the beauty of City of Franklin, the place of America's First Public Library. And for anyone who loves to shop and enjoy the sports, the world famous Wrentham Premium Outlets and Patriot Place Gillette Stadium are just few minutes away! For you who love to hike and bike, you will find trails in Franklin State Forest and Franklin Town Forest. Two commuter rail stations (Franklin/Dean College Station is just minutes walk from the house) and two exits off I-495 offer easy access to Boston, Worcester, and Providence, R.I., all in less than 30 minutes. For sports fans, Foxborough - home of Gillette Stadium and the New England Patriots - is only a 15-minute drive away. If you want to visit Downtown Boston without worries getting into traffics and the headache of finding the parking space, you can simply take the Commuter Train (Franklin Line) just minutes walk from the house. There is NO dishwasher, dryer or washing machine in the apartment; but there are a few excellent laundromats nearby.
