A spacious and comfy condo unit

During your stay, there are beautiful mountains, breathtaking sunsets, an exquisite family friendly beach resort. Our condominium includes convenient access to restaurants, food kiosks, beach, swimming pools, and water park. Unfortunately during this time, Mandara Spa and activities on beach resort are closed due to COVID-19 until further notice. Our studio condo unit is cozy, comfortable and provides a home feel while you stay. Currently, the best way to contact me is through the Airbnb. A home feel, comfortable, high ceiling spacious studio condominium unit with balcony and a private roof top deck that overlooks the Mt. Mariveles mountain and nearby beach cove. It is about a ten minute walk to the Aqua Fun Water Park, 3 swimming pools (2 infinity and 1 large swimming pool) and beach resort. Another option to beach resort is by car. Our space is great for travelers, enjoy a quick staycation, honeymooners, or a family vacation in a home feel, private space. Our condo includes a 32" TV with cable channels, WI-FI, air conditioning, dining table, basic kitchen amenities, sofa/sofa bed, cal king size bed, balcony with bar stools, and rooftop deck with patio seating area. KITCHEN INCLUDES: Stove, microwave, rice cooker, filtered water and refrigerator. KITCHEN ESSENTIALS include: Silverware, cups, plates and pots and pans (Website hidden by Airbnb) Please bring your own cooking oil, spices and condiments as these are NOT provided in kitchen. During your stay, you can bring your own food to condominium unit. Please bring with your own drinks (only filtered water is provided), food, snacks and other stuff that you need during your stay. There is a mini store outside of Camaya Coast Resort, it is located on the opposite side of the main gate. There is also a convenience store inside the resort as well. In advance, you are NOT ALLOWED to bring your own food to beach resort as everything should remain in condo unit. Again, as I mentioned before you can eat at the restaurants or food kiosks inside the resort. PERSONAL CARE I kindly ask you to BRING YOUR OWN PERSONAL CARE items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc. as these items are NOT included in the essentials . TOWELS AND TOILET PAPER ARE PROVIDED. CAL KING SIZE, SOFA BED and TWO PORTABLE BEDS Pillows, sheets and blankets provided. WIFI/COMMUNICATION If you would like access to WIFI, it is 200 PHP. My Caretaker will provide WIFI name and password after payment. Thank you! COMMUNICATION GLOBE signal is only available at Camaya Coast at this moment, so I advise my guests to please bring GLOBE sim card before arriving to Camaya Coast. Our home is a spacious comfy condo unit that is a studio feel which entails a kitchen, dining area, sofa, and a Cal King size bed. Right outside, is our balcony with bar stools. Another location as you walk up the stairs from entrance door, there is a rooftop deck area with a table of four to enjoy the magnificent view above. Entrance fee of Camaya Coast located at the Gate 1st day Free Access. After (2 or more days), you pay 1/2 of the entrance fee (PHP998) which is PHP499 per pax. During your stay, you have convenient access to restaurants & food kiosks to satisfy your cravings such as The Wood Pavillion (inspired by Max/s restaurant), Pancake House, Figaro, Yellow Cab, Army Navy, Potato Corner, Granny’s Ice Cream, Big Chill, Sand Bar, BBQ Grill, and Buko Station. Our personal favorite restaurants are The Wood Pavillion, Yellow Cab and the Pancake House. Also, the Giordano outlet for your clothing needs and our very own Coast Store for merchandise. You have access to 3 swimming pools around the beach resort to relax and have fun which include 2 infinity pools at Aqua Fun Hotel and at the beach resort and 1 large swimming pool at Camaya Sands Hotel. The Aqua Fun Waterpark includes giant water slides and playground. There is also a Sand Bar for cocktails located at the Beach resort to unwind and relax. Due to COVID-19, the restaurants, stores, beach, pools and Aqua Fun are OPEN. The Spa and activities on beach resort are currently CLOSED until further notice. Please coordinate with my Agent/Caretaker if you wish to enter the beach on the following day. We have activities at our beach resort such kayaking, beach volleyball, basketball, biking and tour our grounds, banana boat ride, jumping in our inflatable islands, bonfire, and fireworks watching by the beach, listening to live bands. Beginning in December-May, you can enjoy the live band performances (everyday) and fire dancers (weekend). Head to SM Mall of Asia Seaside Esplanade Terminal at Pasay City at least 1 hour before your time of departure. Travel time is less than 2 hours and it brings you directly to Camaya Coast Beach Resort. Note: For those who are planning to travel by Ferry (Camaya Owned Ferry), please note that there's no available shuttle bus service intended for bringing guests from the Beach to Condos (vice versa). Otherwise you may be required to walk a 1km. mountain terrain (uphill) from the beach to condo. I would not recommend for seniors and family with small children/infants. CAR: Via NLEX - SCTEX Please refer to Camaya Coast website, click on how to get there, or utilize the Waze App on your smart phone. If you are driving from Manila, it is a three to five hour drive to the southernmost tip of Bataan Peninsula, you will reach Camaya Coast Beach Resort & Properties. To get around from condominium to Camaya Coast beach resort, it is a 10 minute walk or you can drive by car. COVID-19 for health and safety requirements for Airbnb stay During the COVID-19 pandemic, it’s important to keep health and safety in mind. Airbnb has introduced guidelines to help address health and safety concerns, but these measures cannot eliminate all risk. Especially if you're in a higher risk category (ex: people above the age of 65 or people with pre-existing medical conditions such as diabetes or heart disease), we recommend obtaining professional guidance and taking extra precautions when you are making the decision to book a stay or an experience on Airbnb.
