Casetta Rosa - GuestHouse
A welcoming two-floor property surrounded by green and the beauty of nature. The house has two bedrooms, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and can comfortably host 4-6 people. Location wise it is perfect to discover the many sights in Umbria! Casetta Rosa” (the “Pink House”) is a great retreat in Umbria. With two hectares of gardens, olive trees and forest, the house is a “locus amoenus” far from the chaos of the city. The house has two floors. Both overlook the main garden. There is a dinning-living room as well as a kitchen on the upper floor. The living room has a table, a sofa bed (for two persons), and a fireplace where it is possible to roast food. The kitchen includes kitchen utensils, a fridge, stove, and oven. There is also a direct access to the lower floor from the main garden. Here, there are two bedrooms (a double bed bedroom; and a bedroom with two single beds) as well as the bathroom. There are lots of possibilities to engage in a variety of activities. You can have nice strolls along the gardens and the olive trees surrounding the house – it also possible to visit a 10th Century church nearby. In addition, in our gardens it is also possible to play table tennis, try archery, organise barbeques, or just enjoy the sunset from our beach chairs and hammocks. Note: The retreat is free for children until 3 years. “Casetta Rosa” is located near natural and artistic places; among them Marmore Waterfall (among Europe’s highest waterfalls ranging up to 165m) is reachable in only 30-minutes. A short drive will bring you to the cities of Narni (Narnia), Spoleto, Todi, Orvieto, Amelia and Viterbo – some of the most beautiful and famous Italian cities of art. Having spend much time in this region, it would be a pleasure for us to suggest you walking tours including activities and places to visit – based on your particular interest and needs – in order to make your holiday a memorable experience.
