A 12 minute drive if you’re working at The John Hunter Hospital or also 12 minutes to spectacular beaches/cafes/restaurants and also a great starting point to explore the beautiful areas of Nelson/Shoal Bay. Walking distance to the Mater Hospital. Train station at the end of the street and two stops to the city! Short distance to University of Newcastle, the city and amazing beaches a 12 minute drive away. Also 12 minutes drive away is the John Hunter Hospital. Great if you have a car to check out cafes and restaurants in Darby Street, the beaches from Newcastle beach or Bar Beach to Merewether beach. Plus great surrounding suburbs have great cafes and bakeries- check out the Uprising Bakery in Maryville, Estabar opposite Newcastle beach and Rascals in Hunter Street for great burgers. The Surfhouse in Merewether for drinks overlooking the ocean is a must too. Best if you have your own car so you can explore all Newcastle has to offer. But we are Walking distance to Mater Hospital. There is a train station at the end of the street and then the city is two stops away. The University of Newcastle is very close by bus or car. The John Hunter Hospital is a 12 minute drive away. The villa is at the front of the main house. It's own entrance, nothing shared. Private, quiet, clean and new. One bedroom with a built in wardrobe.
