Our guest house has been renovated and is located next to the main house on the property. You will have a private drive, and parking area. Great for boaters! We are 3 miles to town, and rivers. 15 minutes to Delaware. This is a guest house next door to our home. It has new carpet, floors and paint. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen and dining table. It includes refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee pot, stove, oven, pots and pans, glassware and silverware. Roku, wireless internet and tv in bedroom and living room. Air condition and heat. Very quiet area. Access to home, private drive, and there is a sitting area outside We are available for anything the guests may need, although we respect your privacy. We are very close to Elk Neck State Park. Where you can swim and boat. Bring your boat and keep it in the driveway. North East has great restaurants and quaint shopping. Elk Neck State forest is across the street. They have a shooting range if you want to do that. There is a hair dryer, various curling irons, various shampoos, styling products, hair sprays and face washes in case you forget yours!
