FREE WIFI and NETFLIX home CLOSE TO ALL HOSPITALS

The high speed wifi is on, free Netflix, so now relax with your family, friends, partner, pets or loved one in the tranquil settings of our lovely home. My home has been a labour of love, it is a lovely lowset Queenslander that is in the process of being rejuvenated. so if you can excuse some flaky paint I can promise a relaxing stay for you or your family. If you're a tourist, I'm sure that my lovely home will not disappoint. With you only being less than three kilometres from the CBD, and a little over a kilometre from The Friendlies Private Hospital and The Bundaberg Base Public Hospital, my beautiful home is centrally located and has everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Comfortably sleeping eight in our three large bedrooms and two single beds in the sunroom Only The Master Bedroom is fully airconditioned. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed furnished with bedside tables. The third bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There are two single beds in the (Website hidden by Airbnb) is also a laundry for when you need to freshen up your clothes. The fully appointed kitchen with a massive five burner stove has all you need to prepare a gourmet meal, or if you're not in the mood to cook, you are only minutes away from the centre of town with all the cafes, restaurants and eateries to satisfy the fussiest of palettes. I have set up my home as a place I would feel at home at, be it for a couple of nights, a week or more. As such, I encourage you to enjoy the home to its fullest. Certain areas I have secured but this in no way will restrict your enjoyment of your stay. As you will be staying in your "home away from home", I respect your privacy and as such everything has been set up for you to enjoy your stay with minimal interaction from me. Even though I have tried to think of everything that you would want, if there is anything that you require or any questions that you may have, I am only a phone call or text away to make sure everything is to your liking. Stockland shopping center is only a few minutes drive away which has a Woolworths, Coles and ALDI all within walking distance of each other as well as a variety if smaller boutique shops. Bourbon st is about 3 kms from our home which has a wide variety of shops, theatres and restaurants should you choose to enjoy a night out on the town. Mom Repos Turtle Center is a world renowned turtle rookery that is located 17 kms towards Bargara and is defines worth a visit during the season. You have the opportunity to interact with the turtles either as they are laying their eggs or watching the hatchlings as they head towards the ocean and their new life.. it’s an absolutely amazing experience. First and foremost, please treat the place like your home and as such please treat it and it's contents with respect. Accidents do happen, but if you break something, please let me know and arrange for it's replacement or repair. I, like most people love pets and they are welcome at once they have been approved before booking. Having family and friends over while you're staying in Bundaberg is encouraged, but please no parties that will distrupt the quiet enjoyment of my neighbours. Smoking in today's society is frowned upon in many places, but I do realise that many people still enjoy a cigarette. If this is you, please do so anywhere outside the house. Once again, please respect this home for when the next guests come to stay. Lastly, please enjoy the house to it's full potential, but if you use and dirty something, please clean up after yourself, especially with foodstuffs that may attract unwelcome visitors. At this time of extreme dryness and drought, you may notice an increase of ants around the outside of my home. This is quite natural and should be of no concern inside the house. I do however strongly suggest that all foodstuffs are securely sealed when not used or stored in the refrigerator and that all surfaces are kept clean. This will greatly reduce the incidents of ants inside the house.
